so the thing I see is the bridge of knowledge.
Mum and dad
said read, write and listening are important
because I’m a student, I should do it.
My family make me warm

The way to find happiness

to build a strong bridge
that everyone needs.
In one village, there is a poor family of two people. The grandmother’s name is Chea. She is 70-years old and the granddaughter’s name is Cheata, she is 14-years old. Cheata has lived with her grandmother since she was born because her parents died. Cheata is kind, friendly, loving, clever, and she always helps her classmates when they don’t understand about a lesson. She always helps her neighbors to do things like she brings them food when they are sick. Her grandmother is a kind and friendly person too. She likes to cook and her food is delicious. She always values and motivates Cheata’s studying. Unfortunately, she has a disease, so could not live with Cheata for a long time. Cheata didn’t know about the disease her grandmother had because her grandmother didn’t want see Cheata sad.
Her grandmother always tried to be happy and to do things for herself. One day Cheata went to study and she forgot her book so she came back home. When she arrived, she saw a lot of people because her grandmother was severely sick. Cheata cried and asked, “What happened with my grandmother?” She hugged and cried with her grandmother. At her last breath, her grandmother told Cheata that, “I want you to be stronger person however I don’t live with you anymore. You can do everything if you work hard enough. Whatever happens you don’t give up.” After she said that, she died. Cheata cried a lot and she always remembered her grandmother’s advice. Four years ago, Cheata became a businesswoman. She is stronger person and she always helps poor people. Her grandmother’s advice always reminds her to do good things.
There is a poor family in Siem Reap. In the family, there are two members, a mother and her son named Nico. His father died when Nico was 15 years old. Nico is a smart student; he gets first grade every year. His mother is so excited and proud of him. He always helps his mother to do housework before he goes to school. When Nico goes to school, he has an examination and he can do all the exam. On the day of examination result, Nico gets the first grade. When his friends find out, they look down on him. They say, “You are rubbish picker son! You shouldn’t be outstanding student!” Suddenly, Nico goes back home and he cries. Then his mother comes back home. She saw her son crying and she asked, “Why do you cry?”
Nico said, “My friends look down on me and say that I’m a rubbish picker son.”
The mother pity her son. Then his mother sends him to study and live with his aunt and uncle in Phnom Penh. His mother sends the money to support her son via the aunt and uncle. Nico tries to study until he graduates grade 12. His uncle tells him that the money he used for studying was his mother’s money. When Nico heard that, he went back to Siem Reap to live with his mother. When he arrived home, he didn’t see his mother. He went to the Pagoda and he saw his mother. He hugged her and said, “Thank you my lovely mother, and I’m sorry that before I didn’t take care of you. I promise I’ll take care and support you.”.
Finally, Nico’s family has happiness!
I think that I am a sister and a daughter in my family.
And, my family always thinks that I need to be more good for my family than my
younger sister and my younger brother.
So, I need to think and do something good,
and can help my family and I do not make mistakes.
Sometimes I never think about myself and I always think about my family too much.
Sometime I think that I make everyone happy,
Although I never know that myself is happy or sad.
I’m happy and smile when I see my family, and friends are happy and they are laughing.
Sometimes I always ask myself, what is happening in my future?
If I think of my feelings.
Although, I still think about their feelings too!
Sometimes, everybody always can,
feel down,
afraid.
When someone who doesn’t value or feel motivation
about their studying, their job.
But don’t worry, don’t be afraid!
Don’t forget that you have your parents.
They’ll motivate you every time when you are:
sad, disheartened
feel down,
afraid,
happy.
They always stay with you, don’t leave you.
remember that.
However, whatever happened you don’t give up.
You must be strong.
This is what your parents want from you.
